Stat. tit. 70, § 70-14-143","heading":"Oklahoma National Guard CareerTech Assistance Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Career and Technology Education to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma National Guard CareerTech Assistance\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the State Board of Career and Technology Education from state\n\nappropriations provided for the purpose of implementing the\n\nprovisions of Sections 18 and 19 of this act. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the State Board of Career and Technology\n\nEducation for the purpose of providing assistance to eligible Guard\n\nmembers pursuant to the provisions of Section 19 of this act.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the\n\nDirector of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c9f8ebecd801c43e72acb9faa0b734da274cbad26ba8ac096941cf656adb8ba9","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-14-142.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-14-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
