Stat. tit. 70, § 70-15-204","heading":"Application by school districts for bond guarantee","body":"program.\n\nA school district seeking the guarantee of eligible bonds shall\n\napply to the Commissioners on an application which must include:\n\n1. The name of the school district and the principal amount of\n\nthe bonds to be issued;\n\n2. The maturity schedule, estimated interest rate and date of\n\nthe bonds; and\n\n3. Any other information as deemed necessary and appropriate by\n\nthe Commissioners of the Land Office.\n\nThe application must be accompanied by a fee set by the\n\nCommissioners in an amount to cover costs of administering the\n\nguarantee program. The Commissioners and the State Bond Advisor\n\nshall enter into an interagency agreement in order to administer\n\ntheir responsibilities pursuant to the provisions of this act.\n\nFrom the fees collected, the Commissioners shall enter into a\n\ncooperative agreement with the State Bond Advisor to defray any\n\nadministrative costs of his office in carrying out the provisions of\n\nthis act.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3e993e1befc52a120b51dea1f30ec96320a32dcaaa5af139c7ea8af74f3f9436","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-15-203","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-15-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
