If the Commissioners make payment from the fund on behalf of\n\na school district, the Commissioners shall withhold from any trust\n\nfund apportionment payable to the school district until the amount\n\npaid, plus interest, is repaid in full or the Commissioners may\n\nproceed to collect the deficient payments plus interest and\n\nreasonable attorney fees as provided by Section 365.5 of Title 62 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes. Monies collected from said school district\n\nfor deficient payments shall be forwarded to the Commissioners\n\nwithin thirty (30) days of collection. In the determination of\n\nState Aid pursuant to Section 18-200 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes the State Apportionment component of the Foundation Program\n\nIncome shall be determined as if the school district had received\n\nall state apportionment funds withheld pursuant to this section.\n\nB. The amount withheld shall be deposited to the credit of the\n\npermanent school fund.\n\nC.
