Stat. tit. 70, § 70-16-110","heading":"List of textbooks","body":"As soon as any contract is entered into for the furnishing of\n\ntextbooks for use in the public schools of the state, the secretary\n\nof the State Textbook Committee shall send a list of the textbooks\n\nselected by the State Textbook Committee to every superintendent of\n\nschools in the state, who shall supply it to the local textbook\n\ncommittee. The list shall show the respective prices of such\n\ntextbooks, the completed rubric, and the rating for each selected\n\ntextbook as required by Section 16-102 of this title.
