Stat. tit. 70, § 70-16-118","heading":"Rules for issuance of textbooks","body":"The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for the issuance\n\nof textbooks to school children and for the preservation of such\n\ntextbooks, and all rules it deems necessary to carry out its duties\n\nand functions, and all such rules shall apply alike to all school\n\ndistricts. It shall prescribe the form of all reports and\n\napplications, and superintendents of schools, and boards of\n\neducation shall be required to make such reports fully and\n\ncompletely at the time and in the manner prescribed by the State\n\nBoard of Education.
