Stat. tit. 70, § 70-17-116.6","heading":"Teachers' Retirement Reserve Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund\n\nwhich shall be designated the \"Teachers' Retirement Reserve Fund\".\n\nSaid fund shall consist of such monies as the Legislature may\n\ntransfer to such fund.
