Stat. tit. 70, § 70-17-116.9","heading":"Prior teaching service credit - Back contributions","body":"Any member of the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma, who\n\ntaught kindergarten on public school property prior to the state-\n\nsupported kindergarten, and who subsequently taught in the public\n\nschools and has met the necessary qualifications, may receive credit\n\nin the System for such teaching service by, prior to January 1,\n\n1991, making back contributions of ten percent (10%) of salary plus\n\nten percent (10%) interest to the System as required by the Board of\n\nTrustees.
