Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-103","heading":"Appropriations","body":"There shall be apportioned and disbursed annually by the State\n\nBoard of Education, from appropriations made by the Legislature for\n\nthis purpose and from funds derived from other sources provided by\n\nlaw for this purpose, to the several school districts of the state,\n\nsuch sums of money as each school district may be qualified to\n\nreceive under the provisions of this article. The methods of\n\napportionment and disbursements contained herein shall remain in\n\nforce until the same are amended or repealed by the Legislature.
