Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-105","heading":"Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise","body":"Services - Copy of apportionments.\n\nThe State Board of Education shall furnish the Director of the\n\nOffice of Management and Enterprise Services with a copy of the\n\napportionments made from the funds appropriated for each fiscal year\n\nto each of the several school districts of the state, and warrants\n\nshall be drawn by the State Treasurer against appropriations for\n\neach fiscal year in accordance with such apportionments only upon\n\nthe order of the State Board of Education through the Director of\n\nthe Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
