The State Board of Education shall review the pupil grade\n\nlevel weights, district weights and pupil category weights which\n\nform a part of the school funding formula using the results of the\n\neducational cost accounting system now in place and shall make\n\nrecommendations for revisions to such weights to the Governor, the\n\nSpeaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate on or before April 1, 1991.\n\nB. The recommendations of the State Board of Education required\n\nby subsection A of this section shall take into consideration the\n\nfindings and recommendations of the report of the Special Joint\n\nCommittee on School Finance, created pursuant to Section 45 of\n\nEnrolled House Bill No. 1035 of the 1st Session of the 40th Oklahoma\n\nLegislature, in addition to any other information the Board\n\ndetermines relevant to such review. The Board is directed to pay\n\nparticular attention to a review of the pupil category weights, and\n\nshould determine whether the creation of other weights is warranted.\n\nC. In addition to the review and recommendations required by\n\nsubsection A of this section, the State Board of Education shall\n\nreview that part of the State Aid formula which provides for a\n\nmidterm supplement in State Aid to school districts. The Board\n\nshall make recommendations in a report regarding revisions to or\n\nelimination of the provisions for such supplement to the Governor,\n\nthe Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate on or before September 1, 1990.
