Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-117","heading":"State Aid - Apportionment","body":"All apportionments of State Aid to school districts shall be\n\nmade by the State Board of Education through its Director of\n\nFinance, who shall not knowingly make any apportionment or\n\ndisbursement of State Aid funds which is not authorized by law.
