Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-152","heading":"Intent of Legislature","body":"It is hereby declared to be the intent of the Legislature to\n\nassure that students in the public schools of this state occupy\n\nfacilities which are designed for adaptability to program offerings.\n\nSuch facilities should be structurally safe, well maintained and\n\ncontain adequate space to meet the instructional needs of each\n\nstudent.
