Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-300","heading":"Oklahoma School Land Fund","body":"If the amendment to Section 3 of Article XI of the Constitution\n\nof the State of Oklahoma contained in Enrolled House Joint\n\nResolution No. 1005 of the 1st Extraordinary Session of the 42nd\n\nOklahoma Legislature is approved by the people, there is hereby\n\ncreated in the State Treasury a special fund to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma School Land Fund\". The fund shall consist only of those\n\nmonies described in Section 3 of Article XI of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution and apportioned to the fund by law.
