Stat. tit. 70, § 70-18-400","heading":"Creation - Status - Expenditures","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Education to be designated the \"Education\n\nReform Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all\n\nappropriations and transfers made by the Legislature. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended beginning with the fiscal year ending June\n\n30, 1993, by the State Board of Education for the purposes of\n\nimplementing reforms contained in Enrolled House Bill No. 1017 of\n\nthe First Extraordinary Session of the 42nd Oklahoma Legislature.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6d9834114b88b6b950c94f5f56af930e6a565810bfeea4512560e8f4d6bdf3b0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-18-300","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-19-113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
