Stat. tit. 70, § 70-19-122","heading":"Allocation of funds for driver education","body":"Contingent upon the availability of funds, monies appropriated\n\nto the State Board of Education for the driver education program\n\nshall be allocated to each school district which provided a driver\n\neducation program during the preceding fiscal year in accordance\n\nwith state law and the rules established by the State Board of\n\nEducation. Contingent upon funds being made available, allocations\n\nto each school district shall be reimbursed on a first-come first-\n\nserve basis as provided below:\n\n1. In the amount of Ninety-five Dollars ($95.00) per pupil for\n\ncourses offered before or after the regular school day; and\n\n2.
