Stat. tit. 70, § 70-1921","heading":"Institutions authorized to grant degrees","body":"Authority is hereby granted to the respective boards of control\n\nof the\n\nOklahoma University\n\nOklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical College\n\nOklahoma College for Women\n\nUniversity of Tulsa\n\nKendall College\n\nPhillips University\n\nOklahoma Baptist University\n\nOklahoma City University\n\nOklahoma Catholic University\n\nThe Catholic College of Oklahoma for Young Women\n\nPresbyterian College of Durant\n\nThe Tulsa Law School of Tulsa\n\nOklahoma City College of Law\n\nupon recommendation of their respective faculties to grant the\n\nacademic and professional degrees, usually and customarily granted\n\nto graduates of institutes of collegiate rank.
