Definitions of terms used in the Technology Center District\n\nand Independent School District Campaign Finance and Financial\n\nDisclosure Act shall be the same as those terms are defined in Rules\n\nof the Ethics Commission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of\n\nArticle XXIX of the Oklahoma Constitution, unless otherwise provided\n\nherein.\n\nB. As used in the Technology Center District and Independent\n\nSchool District Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act:\n\n1. “Campaign committee” means a committee which may be composed\n\nof one or more persons the purpose of which is to support the\n\nelection of a specific candidate to school district office, whose\n\nname as it will appear on the ballot shall appear in the name of the\n\ncommittee;\n\n2. “School district” means a technology center district or an\n\nindependent school district;\n\n3. “School district office” means any elective school district\n\noffice for which Declarations of Candidacy are filed with the\n\nsecretary of the county election board as required by Section 13A-\n\n105 of Title 26 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n4. “School district political committee” means any committee\n\ncomposed of one or more persons whose purpose includes the election\n\nor defeat of one or more candidates for school district office but\n\nwhich is not required to register with the Federal Election\n\nCommission.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"35b10bae8426ac68ded0ae8d9ed7ae532bc1e4dce2e9b19799fecd2775b90a3a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2-110","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
