Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2-119","heading":"Enforcement","body":"\n\nThe Technology Center District and Independent School District\n\nCampaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act shall be enforced by\n\nthe Ethics Commission in the same manner as Rules of the Ethics\n\nCommission promulgated pursuant to Section 3 of Article XXIX of the\n\nOklahoma Constitution are enforced including, but not limited to,\n\nacceptance of complaints, civil prosecutions, settlement agreements,\n\nand any other compliance practices or requirements. Complaints\n\nshall be made according to the Rules of the Ethics Commission\n\npromulgated pursuant to Section 3 of Article XXIX of the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution. Upon receipt of complaints of late filing, the Ethics\n\nCommission shall investigate whether the allegation or allegations\n\nare true and, if so, shall assess a late filing penalty of One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00) per day, not to exceed a maximum of One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for the filing of any statement or\n\nreport. If the Ethics Commission determines the allegation or\n\nallegations are not true, it shall take no further action.
