Stat. tit. 70, § 70-21-102","heading":"Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools -","body":"Membership.\n\nThere is hereby re-created the Oklahoma Board of Private\n\nVocational Schools which shall consist of nine (9) members of whom\n\nthree shall be the Director of the Oklahoma Department of Career and\n\nTechnology Education, the Chancellor of the Oklahoma State Regents\n\nfor Higher Education and the State Superintendent of Public\n\nInstruction or their designated representatives and of whom six\n\nshall be appointed by the Governor of the State of Oklahoma subject\n\nto the advice and consent of the Senate. Four persons shall qualify\n\nto serve on the Board provided they occupy and have occupied for the\n\npast three (3) years executive or managerial positions in private\n\nschools located in this state of the type regulated under this act.\n\nTwo persons shall qualify to serve on the Board provided they occupy\n\nand have occupied for the past three (3) years executive or\n\nmanagerial positions in business or industry, not connected with\n\nprivate schools.
