Stat. tit. 70, § 70-21-108","heading":"Revocation of license or permit - Nontransferability","body":"A license or permit issued or renewed under the provisions of\n\nthis act may, after reasonable notice to the private school and an\n\nopportunity to be heard, be revoked by the Board for a failure of\n\nthe private school to maintain the accreditation or the minimum\n\nstandards fixed by the Board by which such private school obtained\n\nits license, or to maintain the bond required by Section 6 of this\n\nact, or for a violation of any of the rules and regulations\n\npertaining to minimum standards of the Board.
