Stat. tit. 70, § 70-21-116","heading":"Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational Schools from all fees\n\nand penalties collected by the Board pursuant to this act or rules\n\npromulgated and any other funds obtained or received by the Board.\n\nAll monies in the fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of\n\noperations and functions of the Oklahoma Board of Private Vocational\n\nSchools. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Board\n\nof Private Vocational Schools.
