The board of regents of any institution within The Oklahoma\n\nState System of Higher Education may enter into a written agreement\n\nwith any person or business entity covering the donation to the\n\nboard of regents of any motor vehicle for use by the institution in\n\nconnection with any technical education, training, maintenance, or\n\nother similar education program, or in administering any such\n\nprogram operated by or under the direction of the board of regents.\n\nThe agreement shall be executed by the board of regents or an\n\nadministrative officer for the board of regents and the manufacturer\n\nof the motor vehicle.\n\nB. The written donation agreement shall:\n\n1. Specify the monetary consideration for the donation, if any;\n\n2. Provide that ownership of the motor vehicle remain with the\n\nboard of regents; and\n\n3.
