Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2117","heading":"Special license plate","body":"Each motor vehicle donated to the board of regents of an\n\ninstitution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education as\n\nprovided for in Section 4 of this act may be operated for such\n\npurposes with a special license plate attached to the motor vehicle.\n\nThe special license plate shall be issued for a fee of One Dollar\n\n($1.00).
