No public institution of higher education may take any\n\naction or enforce any policy that would deny a religious student\n\nassociation any benefit available to any other student association,\n\nor discriminate against a religious student association with respect\n\nto such benefit, based on that association's requirement that its\n\nleaders or members:\n\n1. Adhere to the association's sincerely held religious\n\nbeliefs;\n\n2. Comply with the association's sincere religious observance\n\nrequirements;\n\n3. Comply with the association's sincere religious standards of\n\nconduct; or\n\n4. Be committed to furthering the association's religious\n\nmissions,\n\nas such religious beliefs, observance requirements, standards of\n\nconduct or missions are defined by the religious student\n\nassociation, or the religion upon which the association is based.\n\nB.
