Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2207","heading":"Approval of bonds - Incontestability","body":"All bonds issued hereunder shall have on the backs thereof the\n\ncertificate required by Section 29 of Article X of the Constitution\n\nof Oklahoma. Such bonds shall be submitted to the Attorney General\n\nof Oklahoma for his examination and when such bonds have been\n\nexamined and certified as legal obligations by the Attorney General,\n\nin accordance with such requirements as he may make, shall be\n\nincontestable in any court in the State of Oklahoma unless suit\n\nthereon shall be brought in a court having jurisdiction thereof\n\nwithin thirty (30) days from the date of such approval.
