Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2264","heading":"Supplemental funding contracts","body":"The State Board shall contract with the State Regents for the\n\nadministration of the amount of funds set aside for supplementing\n\nthe funding of postsecondary programs, and the State Regents shall\n\nassume responsibility under terms of the contract to allocate the\n\nfunds for supplemental support of bona fide programs consistent with\n\nfederal laws and regulations and shall be accountable for\n\nexpenditure of the funds accordingly, provided that the State Board\n\nwill include in the supplemental funding contract with the State\n\nRegents an amount of funds to underwrite the costs of one or more\n\nprofessional positions on the staff of the State Regents for the\n\npurpose of working with institutions in the promotion and\n\ndevelopment of technical and occupational education, and provided\n\nthat the contract should be negotiated early in the spring of the\n\nyear to allow for the planning and budgeting for best use of the\n\nfunds by various institutions receiving supplemental allocations.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"328b38049ea8a87699265ad0043c0629f7b728215fbaaaa00712c4d2a374c7a1","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2263","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2265"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
