Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2268","heading":"Occupational education offered at postsecondary","body":"institutions - Determination.\n\nIf it is determined that Title X - Part B of the Federal Aid Law\n\nknown as P.L. 92-318 is principally for occupational education\n\noffered at postsecondary institutions (those fitting the definition\n\nof junior colleges, postsecondary technical institutes, etc.), then\n\nthe State Regents' functioning as the designated state agency for\n\nadministering federal funds received for occupational education\n\nprograms shall, by contract arrangement with the State Board, share\n\ncertain of the federal funds as appropriate for allocation by the\n\nState Board for supplemental support of programs operated by\n\ninstitutions under the jurisdiction of the Board (the technology\n\ncenter schools); and the State Board shall be accountable for\n\nadministration of the funds so shared with it by the State Regents\n\nin accordance with appropriate federal laws and regulations,\n\nprovided that the number of education programs offered and the\n\nnumber of students enrolled in them shall be taken into\n\nconsideration in arriving at appropriate division of the state's\n\nallotment of funds to be shared with the State Board.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"575477f4af9b82e5c9fdb2791ca1dd4239b41a15dd7533d11318893763b27378","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2267","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2269"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
