Stat. tit. 70, § 70-23-106.2","heading":"Powers and duties of Executive Director","body":"Subject to the policies, rules, and regulations of the\n\nAuthority, the Executive Director shall:\n\n1. recommend to the Authority the appointment, promotion,\n\ndemotion, suspension, or removal of all administrative officers and\n\nemployees of the Oklahoma Educational Television Network whose\n\nfunction is to postaudit said Network or make studies or\n\ninvestigations which are independent of the Executive Director; and\n\n2. organize, regulate, direct, supervise, and control all\n\nadministrative personnel whose appointment he is authorized to make\n\nor recommend and all property he is authorized by the Authority to\n\nkeep or use; and\n\n3. establish an accounting system for the Oklahoma Educational\n\nTelevision Network and supervise the handling of all funds of said\n\nNetwork; and\n\n4. annually prepare a budget and submit said budget to the\n\nAuthority, administer the budget after it goes into effect, and\n\nrecommend to the Authority any changes in the budget which he may\n\ndeem necessary; and\n\n5. submit to the Authority a report on the finances and\n\nadministrative activities of the Oklahoma Educational Television\n\nNetwork at the end of each calendar month and each fiscal year, and\n\nsubmit such other reports as the Authority may require; and\n\n6. advise the Authority on the financial condition and the\n\nneeds of the Oklahoma Educational Television Network, and make such\n\nrecommendations to the Authority as he may deem necessary; and\n\n7. perform such other duties and have such other powers as the\n\nAuthority may prescribe.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d9582d9afc3de870c095ae60ea8516fac910ad8ae4d013de00fdc0b05dd0ac7d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-23-106.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-23-107"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
