Stat. tit. 70, § 70-23-118","heading":"Projects to become part of the State Educational","body":"System.\n\nEach project when constructed and placed in use shall be\n\nmaintained and kept in good condition and repair by the Authority.\n\nWhen all bonds issued under the provisions of this article in\n\nconnection with any project and the interest thereon shall have been\n\npaid or a sufficient amount for the payment of all such bonds and\n\nthe interest thereon to the maturity thereof shall have been set\n\naside in trust for the benefit of the bondholders, such project, if\n\nthen in good condition and repair to the satisfaction of the State\n\nLegislature, shall become part of the State Educational System.\n\nAll counties, cities, towns, municipalities and school districts\n\nof the state and all state boards, commissions, officials, and other\n\npublic agencies, notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, are\n\nhereby authorized and empowered:\n\n1. To lease, lend, grant or convey to the Authority at its\n\nrequest upon such terms and conditions as the proper authorities of\n\nsuch counties, cities, towns, municipalities, school districts of\n\nthe state, and all state boards, commissions, officials and other\n\npublic agencies may deem reasonable and fair and without the\n\nnecessity for any advertisement, order of court or other action or\n\nformality other than the regular and formal action of the\n\nauthorities concerned, any personal property, real property and\n\nother things of value which may be necessary or convenient to the\n\neffectuation of the authorized purposes of the Authority, including\n\nreal property already devoted to public use; and\n\n2.
