Stat. tit. 70, § 70-23-121","heading":"Authority is authorized to issue refunding bonds","body":"\n\nThe Authority is hereby authorized to provide by resolution for\n\nthe issuance of revenue refunding bonds of the Authority for the\n\npurpose of refunding any bonds then outstanding which shall have\n\nbeen issued under the provisions of this article, including the\n\npayment of any redemption premium thereon and any interest accrued\n\nor to accrue to the date of redemption of such bonds. Each refunding\n\nissue shall be limited to the project in connection with which the\n\nbonds being refunded were issued, and revenues pledged to pay any\n\nsuch refunding issue shall be limited to the revenue derived from\n\nsaid separate project.
