Stat. tit. 70, § 70-23-126","heading":"Purchase of television programs","body":"Purchases made by the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority\n\nfrom sources other than state-appropriated funds for the acquisition\n\nof television programs shall be excluded from the provisions of\n\nSection 85.7 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The said\n\nAuthority is hereby authorized to make such purchases against\n\nspecial authorization orders submitted to, approved and encumbered\n\nby, the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices.
