As used in the School Safety and Bullying Prevention Act:\n\n1. \"Bullying\" means any pattern of harassment, intimidation,\n\nthreatening behavior, physical acts, verbal or electronic\n\ncommunication directed toward a student or group of students that\n\nresults in or is reasonably perceived as being done with the intent\n\nto cause negative educational or physical results for the targeted\n\nindividual or group and is communicated in such a way as to disrupt\n\nor interfere with the school's educational mission or the education\n\nof any student;\n\n2. \"At school\" means on school grounds, in school vehicles, at\n\nschool-sponsored activities, or at school-sanctioned events;\n\n3. \"Electronic communication\" means the communication of any\n\nwritten, verbal, pictorial information or video content by means of\n\nan electronic device, including, but not limited to, a telephone, a\n\nmobile or cellular telephone or other wireless telecommunication\n\ndevice, or a computer; and\n\n4. \"Threatening behavior\" means any pattern of behavior or\n\nisolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person,\n\nthat a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for\n\nfuture harm to students, school personnel, or school property.\n\nB.
