Stat. tit. 70, § 70-24-101.1","heading":"Wireless telecommunication devices - Rules","body":"prohibiting.\n\nThe board of education of each school district shall establish\n\nand implement rules regarding student possession of a wireless\n\ntelecommunication device while said student is on school premises,\n\nor while in transit under the authority of the school, or while\n\nattending any function sponsored or authorized by the school.
