Stat. tit. 70, § 70-24-104.1","heading":"Soliciting, taking, retaining or receiving mental","body":"health referral fee.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any school counselor, teacher, any\n\nother school employee, school board member, or Department of Human\n\nServices employee to solicit, take, retain, or receive any money,\n\nproperty, or thing of value in the nature of a fee or otherwise from\n\na mental health care provider or facility or any employee thereof\n\nfor directing or referring students to that provider or facility for\n\ntreatment.
