Stat. tit. 70, § 70-24-104.2","heading":"Offering, tendering to pay or delivering mental","body":"health referral fee.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any mental health care provider or\n\nfacility or any employee thereof to offer, tender to pay or deliver\n\nto any school counselor, teacher, any other school employee, school\n\nboard member, or Department of Human Services employee any money,\n\nproperty, or thing of value in the nature of a fee or otherwise for\n\ndirecting or referring a student to that provider or facility for\n\ntreatment.
