Stat. tit. 70, § 70-24-114.1","heading":"Retention of child in present grade level - Appeal","body":"Whenever a teacher or teachers recommend that a student be\n\nretained at the present grade level or not passed in a course, the\n\nparent or guardian, if dissatisfied with the recommendation, may\n\nappeal the decision by complying with the district's appeal process.\n\nThe decision of the board of education shall be final.
