Stat. tit. 70, § 70-24-131","heading":"Orders to leave school buildings and grounds","body":"The superintendent or principal of any secondary, middle or\n\nelementary school shall have the authority to order any person out\n\nof the school buildings and off the school property when it appears\n\nthat the presence of such person is a threat to the peaceful conduct\n\nof school business and school classes. This authority shall extend\n\nto the removal of any individual attending an official school\n\nactivity or field trip where students are present, including an\n\nactivity or field trip not on school property, when the\n\nsuperintendent or principal determines that a threat to the peaceful\n\nconduct of students exists.
