The chief administrative officer or the chief administrative\n\nofficer's designee to maintain order at a secondary school shall\n\nhave the authority and power to direct any person to leave the\n\npremises of that secondary school, who, during the period of a\n\nsanctioned athletic event, after having been personally and\n\nspecifically warned by the officer or the designee to refrain from\n\nsuch conduct, commits an act which materially and substantially\n\ninterferes with the peaceful conduct of a sanctioned athletic event,\n\nincluding:\n\n1. Projecting in any manner an object which could cause bodily\n\nharm to another person;\n\n2. Entering the physical boundaries designated for the conduct\n\nof a sanctioned athletic event for the purpose of materially and\n\nsubstantially disrupting or interfering with the event;\n\n3. Threatening to kill or do bodily harm to any person with\n\napparent ability to carry out that threat during the period of a\n\nsanctioned athletic event; or\n\n4. Using violent, obscene, indecent, or profane language in a\n\nmanner which materially and substantially interferes with the\n\npeaceful conduct of a sanctioned athletic event.\n\nB. Any person who fails to leave the premises of the secondary\n\nschool as directed, may, upon application by the secondary school,\n\nbe enjoined from entering upon or remaining upon the premises during\n\nthe period of a sanctioned athletic event for the remainder of the\n\nschool year or for so long as the court may provide. The procedure\n\ngoverning the application for injunction shall be the procedure for\n\ncivil injunctions set forth in Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. Any person who knowingly and willfully fails to obey a\n\ndirection to leave the premises of the secondary school shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor.\n\nD.
