Any public school administrator, teacher or counselor having\n\nreasonable cause to suspect that a student is under the influence of\n\nlow-point beer as defined in Section 163.2 of Title 37 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes, alcoholic beverages as defined in Section 506 of\n\nTitle 37 of the Oklahoma Statutes or a controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance as defined in Section 2-101 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes or has in the student's possession low-point beer,\n\nalcoholic beverages or a controlled dangerous substance, who reports\n\nsuch information to the appropriate school official, court\n\npersonnel, community substance abuse prevention and treatment\n\npersonnel or any law enforcement agency, pursuant to the school's\n\npolicy shall have immunity from any civil liability that might\n\notherwise be incurred or imposed as a result of the making of such a\n\nreport.\n\nB.
