A parent or guardian of multiple-birth siblings may request\n\nthat the children attend the same school and be placed in the same\n\nclassroom or in separate classrooms if the children are in the same\n\ngrade level at the same school and meet the eligibility requirements\n\nof the class. The school may recommend classroom placement to the\n\nparents and provide professional education advice to the parents to\n\nassist them in making the best decision for their children's\n\neducation. A school must provide the placement requested by the\n\nchildren's parent or guardian, unless the district board makes a\n\nclassroom placement determination following the school principal's\n\nrequest according to this section. The parent or guardian must\n\nrequest the classroom placement no later than fourteen (14) days\n\nafter the first day of each school year or fourteen (14) days after\n\nthe first day of attendance of the children during a school year if\n\nthe children are enrolled in the school after the school year\n\ncommences. At the end of the initial grading period, if the school\n\nprincipal, in consultation with the children's classroom teacher,\n\ndetermines that the requested classroom placement is disruptive to\n\nthe classroom environment, the school principal may request that the\n\ndistrict board determine the children's classroom placement.\n\nB.
