Being necessary to fulfill their role as a member of the\n\ngoverning board of their respective Oklahoma higher education\n\ninstitution, any member of a governing board of an Oklahoma higher\n\neducation institution shall be allowed by their institution to audit\n\na class free of charge.\n\nB.
