As used in this section:\n\n1. “Antisemitism” has the same meaning as provided for by the\n\nInternational Holocaust Remembrance Alliance Working Definition of\n\nAntisemitism, including its contemporary examples, as it was adopted\n\non May 26, 2016;\n\n2. “Institution of higher education” means an institution of\n\nhigher education within The Oklahoma State System of Higher\n\nEducation; and\n\n3. “Public school” shall have the same meaning as provided for\n\nin Section 1-106 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, national\n\norigin, sex, disability, religion, or marital status against a\n\nstudent or an employee in an institution of higher education or a\n\npublic school in this state shall be prohibited. No person in this\n\nstate shall, on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex,\n\ndisability, religion, or marital status, be excluded from\n\nparticipating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to\n\ndiscrimination under any institution of higher education or public\n\nschool program or activity or in any employment conditions or\n\npractices conducted by an institution of higher education or a\n\npublic school that receives or benefits from federal or state\n\nfinancial assistance.\n\nC. The criteria for admission to a program or course at an\n\ninstitution of higher education shall not have the effect of\n\nrestricting access by persons of a particular race, ethnicity,\n\nnational origin, sex, disability, religion, or marital status;\n\nprovided, this shall not infringe upon the rights of student faith-\n\nbased organizations and ethnic solidarity organizations to select\n\nleadership committed to their group’s mission and principles.\n\nD. All institution of higher education and public school\n\nclasses shall be available to all students without regard to race,\n\nethnicity, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or marital\n\nstatus. Provided, however, the provisions of this subsection shall\n\nnot prohibit the provision of programs designed to meet the needs of\n\nstudents with limited proficiency in English, gifted students, or\n\nstudents with disabilities or programs tailored to students with\n\nspecialized talents or skills.\n\nE. Guidance, counseling, and financial assistance services in\n\ninstitutions of higher education and public schools shall be\n\navailable to all students equally and provided in the same manner\n\nregardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, disability,\n\nreligion, or marital status.\n\nF. All education programs, activities, and opportunities\n\noffered by institutions of higher education and public schools shall\n\nbe made available without discrimination on the basis of race,\n\nethnicity, national origin, sex, disability, religion, or marital\n\nstatus.\n\nG.
