Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2602","heading":"Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program","body":"There is hereby created the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access\n\nProgram. The program shall also be known as \"Oklahoma's Promise\".\n\nThe purpose of the program is to provide an award to students who\n\nmeet the criteria set forth in the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access\n\nAct who are pursuing studies in this state leading to an associate\n\nor baccalaureate degree or who are pursuing studies in a\n\npostsecondary career technology program that would meet the\n\nrequirements to be eligible for federal student financial aid and is\n\noffered by a technology center school supervised by the State Board\n\nof Career and Technology Education, and who are in good academic\n\nstanding in the institution or school in which the student is\n\nenrolled, that will relieve the student of the burden of paying\n\nnonguaranteed resident tuition at institutions of The Oklahoma State\n\nSystem of Higher Education, paying tuition for enrollment in\n\npostsecondary programs of the technology center districts, or paying\n\nsome portion of such fees or tuition, pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Act, as may be required of\n\nenrollees at private institutions of higher education which are\n\naccredited pursuant to Section 4103 of this title.
