If a student withdraws from a class in which he or she has\n\nreceived an award from the Oklahoma Higher Learning Access Program,\n\nthe awarded funds shall be returned to the Oklahoma Higher Learning\n\nAccess Program. The provisions of this subsection shall only apply\n\nto awarded funds when a student withdraws prior to the end of the\n\nadd/drop period for the session in which the student is enrolled.\n\nB. The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall\n\nadminister a survey to students who receive an Oklahoma Higher\n\nLearning Access Program award and who withdraw from an institution\n\nwithin The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education, a private\n\ninstitution of higher learning located within this state and\n\naccredited pursuant to Section 4103 of this title or a technology\n\ncenter school before completing a degree or certificate program.\n\nThe survey shall gather information on the reasons for withdrawal,\n\nthe barriers to completion of a degree or certificate program and\n\nthe future plans of the students.\n\nC.
