Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2622","heading":"Definitions","body":"\n\nAs used in the Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship\n\nAct:\n\n1. \"Resident\" means a person of any age who has resided within\n\nthe Tulsa School District for not less than two (2) years prior to\n\napplying for participation in the Tulsa Reconciliation Education and\n\nScholarship Program;\n\n2. \"Private institution\" means a private institution of higher\n\nlearning located within this state which is accredited pursuant to\n\nSection 4103 of this title; and\n\n3. \"Postsecondary career technology education program\" means a\n\npostsecondary vocational-technical program or course that is\n\neligible for Title IV federal student aid and is offered through a\n\ntechnology center school.","path":["OK Code","Title 70"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os70.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"344d017393a452f9c015786e6ec5f4ca2c7916357512cfd3b7e4e16b953aa63d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2621","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-70-70-2623"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
