To be eligible to participate in the Tulsa Reconciliation\n\nEducation and Scholarship Program and to qualify for an award, a\n\nresident shall:\n\n1. Have satisfied admission standards as determined by the\n\nOklahoma State Regents for Higher Education for the appropriate type\n\nof institution or, if attending a private institution of higher\n\neducation, have satisfied admission standards as determined by the\n\nprivate institution. No resident participating in the Tulsa\n\nReconciliation Education and Scholarship Program shall be admitted\n\ninto an institution of higher education by special admission\n\nstandards; and\n\n2. Have secured admission to, and enrolled in, an institution\n\nwhich is a member of The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education,\n\na private institution of higher education, or a postsecondary career\n\ntechnology education program.\n\nB. To retain eligibility while pursuing the program of higher\n\nlearning in which enrolled, the participant shall:\n\n1. Maintain good academic standing and satisfactory academic\n\nprogress according to standards of the Oklahoma State Regents for\n\nHigher Education; and\n\n2. Comply with the standards related to maintenance of\n\neligibility as promulgated by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher\n\nEducation or the State Board of Career and Technology Education.\n\nC.
