Stat. tit. 70, § 70-2626","heading":"Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship Trust","body":"Fund.\n\nA. There is hereby created a trust fund to be known as the\n\n\"Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship Trust Fund\". The\n\ntrust fund shall be managed and controlled by a board of trustees.\n\nThe Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education shall constitute the\n\nboard of trustees of the Trust Fund.\n\nB. The State Regents shall utilize said Trust Fund to implement\n\nthe provisions of the Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship\n\nAct.\n\nC. The Trust Fund capital shall consist of monies the\n\nLegislature appropriates or transfers to the Oklahoma State Regents\n\nfor Higher Education for the Trust Fund, monies transferred from the\n\ndonations from taxpayers pursuant to Section 12 of this act, and any\n\nmonies or assets contributed to the Trust Fund from any other\n\nsource, public or private.\n\nD. The board of trustees shall invest the trust capital in a\n\nreasonable and prudent manner which, consistent with any long-term\n\ninvestment needs, will produce the greatest trust income over the\n\nterm of the investment while preserving the trust capital. All\n\ntrust income shall be reinvested into the trust fund except for the\n\npurposes of awarding scholarships pursuant to the Tulsa\n\nReconciliation Education and Scholarship Act.\n\nE. The Regents shall adopt rules for accomplishing transfer of\n\nfunds from the Tulsa Reconciliation Education and Scholarship Trust\n\nFund to the appropriate institutional Educational and General\n\nOperations Revolving Funds, as provided in Section 3901 of this\n\ntitle, to private institutions of higher education, and to the\n\nappropriate technology center school. Allocations from the Trust\n\nFund may be made only for the purpose of covering the scholarship\n\naward of eligible participants.
