Notwithstanding any policy of a school athletic association,\n\nas defined by Section 27-102 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nin all regular season high school athletic competitions in this\n\nstate, the visiting team shall have the same rights to radio\n\nbroadcast, video stream and provide telegraphic play-by-play\n\naccounts as the home team as long as the visiting team has either:\n\n1. A valid agreement to broadcast, video stream and/or provide\n\ntelegraphic play-by-play accounts between a media organization and\n\nthe school's board of education; or\n\n2. The visiting team has a curricular program for students that\n\ntypically provides streaming for the team's home games.\n\nB. The provisions of this section shall apply to athletic\n\ncompetitions beginning in the 2021-2022 school year.\n\nC.
