This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma\n\nParental Choice Tax Credit Act”.\n\nB. It is the intent of the Legislature that parents, legal\n\nguardians, custodians, and others with legal authority over children\n\nin this state be able to choose educational services that meet the\n\nneeds of their individual children.
