The State Department of Education shall provide parents,\n\nlegal guardians, custodians, or other persons with legal authority\n\nof eligible students with disabilities notice that participation in\n\nthe Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Program shall have the same\n\neffect as a parental revocation of consent pursuant to 20 U.S.C.,\n\nSections 1414(a)(1)(D) and 1414(C) of the Individuals with\n\nDisabilities Education Act (IDEA) and an explanation of the rights\n\nparents, legal guardians, custodians, or other persons with legal\n\nauthority of eligible students with disabilities have under IDEA and\n\nany applicable state laws and regulations.\n\nB. The Department shall implement a commercially viable, cost-\n\neffective, and user-friendly system for users to publicly rate,\n\nreview, and share information about education service providers.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall coordinate with the State\n\nDepartment of Education to develop a process to review student\n\nenrollment information in order to verify that an eligible student\n\nwho is claimed by a taxpayer receiving a tax credit is not enrolled\n\nin a public school in the state.\n\nD. The Commission may promulgate rules to implement the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit Act.
